- Locked out? Five wrong passwords lock an account for ten minutes. Wait it out; a reset is not needed.

Never send us these
Staff will never ask for your password, your verification code or your reset code, and there is no reason to put one in a ticket. Anyone who asks for one is not staff, whatever their name looks like. Messages are scanned and anything resembling a code is stripped before it is stored.
