Sign-in, registration and the control panel will not work while this is down. Nothing is wrong with your account, and nothing is lost — wait and try again.
What this check does and does not prove
It asks the account service whether it is up, from this web server. A positive answer means the service responded; it does not prove that sign-in works, that email is being delivered, or that the game servers are accepting players. Those fail independently.
If this says reachable and you still cannot get in, the problem is somewhere between you and us. Run Check-Connection.cmd from the game folder and raise a ticket with what it prints.
