Requirements
- Operating system: 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Disk: about 8 GB free
- Included: Microsoft Visual C++ and DirectX installers,
- Permissions: the launch helper asks for administrator rights. That is expected; it is how the original game starts.
If it will not connect
Check the server status first. If the service is up and you still cannot sign in, run Check-Connection.cmd from the game folder and put the exact text it prints into a support ticket. Installing the runtimes again will not fix an unreachable server.
Do not turn off certificate verification, and do not use an older launcher from inside the Client folder.
